    Detailed construction drawings to achieve Building Regulation
    Consent. The preparation of structural calculations and engineer
    designed specialist foundations.
  • CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
    Obtaining competitive tenders, preparing JCT contracts, on site quality control inspections and certifying payments.
Our first consultation and site visit is carried out free of charge.We advise on feasibility, budget costing's and programme of works. We provide fixed priced fee quotations and can offer imaginative remuneration packages for speculative development work.
